how tmi works?

• Scheduling:

All providers are being contacted by our representatives who accommodate the providers need and schedule. After contacting the providers we prepare a request kit which includes all the required forms to the provider (HMO Letter, Patients List, appointment date, ect).

• Scanning "Data Extraction":

Our on-site representatives are not only equipped with the best scanning equipment, they are trained to complete any assignment; paper or EMR. This allows us to provide the best experience and swift service so as to reduce the amount of time and resources a provider might spend.

• Chart Pull Validation:

The Data file is imported to table structure of IT System database. The Information is set into Patients Table, Providers Table and Charts Table. All providers information is compared and validated. The providers missing information will be searched through our provider network database.

• Code Extraction:

AAPC and/or AHIMA nationally certified coders will extract the correct code assignment from the medical record documentation. Furthermore, the codes are provided in a time-sensitive manner for compliant billing.

• Education:

No one else provides our caliber of provider/ancillary staff education. Unlike most vendors, we share your interest to intrinsically improve the provider’s coding accuracy through improved coding by tailoring key tips for success.
